In 2024, Urban Events was engaged as the event management team for the RENDR Festival, a major two-day celebration of creativity and technology in Belfast. VIP & BAFTA Events: Our team worked with the RENDR Festival organisers to host a VIP drinks reception and dinner, along with coordinating a BAFTA members event at Titanic Distillery, elevating the festival’s profile among industry leaders.
Speaker & Delegate Management: Urban Events handled the transportation and accommodation for the festival’s renowned speakers and delegates, ensuring a stress-free experience for all.
Venue Dressing & Theme Execution: We dressed the venue to fit the Blade Runner-inspired theme, delivering a visually cohesive and memorable festival atmosphere.
